How cute are these Current Elliot shorts? I am so excited to wear them literally everywhere this summer! They are really great length, because they’re not booty shorts, but also not one of those long awkward lengths that’s between shorts and capris. I am not a fan of that look. The fit is perfect, they’re a little on the looser side, but I actually love that because it makes them more casual. I can see myself wearing them day or night. My favorite part is of course the bow detail and the fringed hem. Just adorable!

In Miami we did a lot of walking in the heat, so I wanted to style them in the most effortless way possible. I threw on my new Iris and Ink navy top, which is breathable and easy to wear. I love the cold shoulder and ruffle detail, I think that’s such a fun twist on a basic t-shirt. The great thing about a top like this is that you can wear it on the weekend with a pair of shorts, or style more professionally for work tucked into a pencil skirt.

I got both of these pieces from theoutnet.com, which I am obsessed with. You can’t get better than shopping designer pieces for a fraction of the cost! And they often have extra 30% off sales, which is just the cherry on top. I have the app on my phone and am not ashamed to say I’m addicted. I highly recommend Outnet.

I think this was one of my favorite daytime outfits in Miami. I love how easy it was to put together and the bow, cold shoulder, ruffle, and stud (on my sandals) details added just the right amount of interest.

I’m definitely planning on breaking out these shorts this weekend. The weather is supposed to be perfection. I will work on doing a photo shoot to show you how to style them for a summer evening or night out.

Until next time,

Masha
