Printed sheath dress for the office

Wearing: Calvin Klein dress (couldn’t find the exact one since it’s a couple seasons old, but Calvin Klein has some gorgeous options at Macy’s) , Schutz Shoes sandals, Michael Kors Sunglasses

This will be a quick post, but I just wanted to share a really great work dress I recently rediscovered in my closet. I am a big fan of this curve-hugging shape, and absolutely love the print details.

I find these dresses to be so easy on days that you just don’t feel like getting ready or don’t have too much time. It’s one piece, add shoes, a bag, maybe a necklace or bracelet, and you’re done. It’s really minimal effort for maximum impact. My tip would be to have at least one in a classic black (it really acts a blank canvas for accessories and goes with absolutely everything). I wrote about a fun way to style a black sheath dress here that’s perfect for fall. But the next couple should be fun, stand alone pieces. This print is a favorite because it’s not too loud, but still makes a statement. I also really like solid colors like red or this cute plaid one.

As the temps drop and we near September, I would wear this outfit with a long cozy cardigan and some ankle booties, or even some knee high boots and a leather jacket. Stay tuned for those looks!
