Wearing: Dress- Nasty Gal, Boots- Stuart Weitzman
There is nothing more stylish than a sweater dress and over-the-knee boots. Not to mention universally stylish to pull off. I want to make sure to squeeze a couple more of these looks before the weather changes, and my attention is focused completely on spring.
I always find myself reaching for this burgundy sweater dress when I feel I have nothing to wear. It’s one of my go-to pieces because it’s just so easy to slip on and go. Sometimes, like this time, I pair it with a belt to give a little more structure, but it looks good loose as well. I love how this dress has a very basic fit, but the rich color adds more interest. I’ve found some similar options here and here.
The Stuart Weitzman OTK boots are just my loves. I cannot say enough good things about them. I was obsessed before I purchased, and the obsession did not subdue once they were mine. I like that mine are velvet, instead of the more traditional suede. The quality is fantastic, and they’re actually quite comfortable (barring walking ridiculous distances).
This look truly requires minimal effort; the key is to have pieces that are quality in flattering cuts. There’s just less clothes that goes into this outfit, and you don’t need to think about matching every detail. If you’re on the go, this is definitely for you!
